About

Feather Robotics builds a modular humanoid robot platform that developers and companies use to build and deploy physical AI applications. The robot has two arms, an omnidirectional wheeled base, 600 mm of vertical torso travel and about 10 hours of battery life, and it sells for $29,990. Its software can run models from third-party robotics AI providers such as Nvidia, Skild and Physical Intelligence. The company says its robots work as restaurant cooks and clean science labs, and that it has passed $1 million in revenue.

Feather sells the hardware and an open SDK and lets customers bring their own AI models. Tesla and Figure build their own robot software instead. At about $30,000, it costs roughly half as much as Unitree's H2 Edu.
