Universal OTC/HBC Payment Gateway
This gateway solution integrates with existing Point of Sale (POS) systems to allow retailers to accept and process transactions from various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid healthy food and over-the-counter benefit cards. It provides auditable data for government programs and health providers while streamlining operations for the retailer.
It solves the critical problem of independent retailers being excluded from lucrative health benefit programs, allowing them to capture a new revenue stream, serve and retain customers who receive these benefits, and better compete with large retail chains.
Target customers traditionally struggle with the technical inability to accept various health benefit cards, leading to lost sales and customer attrition. They also face complexity in managing multiple processors and terminals and are often excluded from major benefit programs available to larger chains.
