By accessing or using TinyTechFund, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TinyTechFund after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

TinyTechFund is a startup intelligence platform that aggregates, processes, and presents data from public SEC filings — primarily Form D filings from the EDGAR database. Our service helps users discover, track, and analyze startup fundraising activity.

The platform provides tools for searching companies, viewing filing details, tracking funding rounds, and exploring the startup ecosystem through publicly available regulatory data.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use TinyTechFund to engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws, scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data in bulk without written permission, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, redistribute or resell our data or services without authorization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these guidelines.

The TinyTechFund platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by TinyTechFund and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

The underlying SEC filing data is public record. However, our unique presentation, analysis, and organization of that data constitutes our intellectual property.

TinyTechFund sources data from public SEC EDGAR filings. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that information displayed on our platform is complete, current, or error-free. SEC filings may contain errors as submitted by the filers, there may be delays between filing and display on our platform, and our data processing may occasionally introduce discrepancies.

You should not rely solely on TinyTechFund data for investment decisions or legal purposes. Always verify critical information directly through the SEC EDGAR database or with qualified professionals.

TinyTechFund is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyTechFund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TinyTechFund at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of TinyTechFund shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
