The New York company emerged from stealth in March 2026 with a $5 million round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with Squadra Ventures and Founders You Should Know participating, and is already operating under federal contract. Customers span civilian regulators overseeing commercial spectrum and defense users working on electronic warfare, tactical communications and Joint All-Domain Command and Control.
