Arist is a San Francisco enterprise learning and workforce-intelligence company that delivers training and enablement to employees inside the tools they already use - Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp and SMS - rather than in a separate LMS. It began as a text-message microlearning platform built on Stanford behavioral research, delivering science-backed lessons employees complete in under five minutes, and has since added AI agents for L&D and enablement. Its current flagship, Arist Diagnostic, runs AI voice interviews across an entire workforce in multiple languages and turns the results into personalized recommendations pushed back through Slack, Teams and SMS. The company says its platform is used by more than 10% of the Fortune 500, including WHO, HP and Takeda.
