AstronetX PBC is a Westport, Connecticut public benefit corporation that builds space-based observing instruments and sells the resulting observational and database services to the space science community. Its flagship system is the Lunar-based Camera (L-CAM), a commercial camera designed to fly aboard lunar landers and cislunar orbiters and return science-grade imaging data. The company is developing a multi-purpose cislunar telescope network under an Air Force Research Laboratory SBIR Phase III contract, and designed a lunar surface telescope concept under a $1.2 million multi-year Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation research grant. Data products support astrophysics, planetary science, Earth science, planetary defense, and space situational awareness.
