Barnakl sells peel-and-stick activated coconut-shell carbon filters that attach to ceiling fan blades and turn an existing fan into a whole-room air purifier. The filters capture dust, mold spores, pet dander, microplastics and odors as the fan runs, and are sold on a replaceable 30-day cycle with a subscribe-and-save option. The company is family-owned by two brothers and says its filters are sourced and assembled in Wisconsin. Barnakl states its air-sweeping technology has been independently tested by Aerosol & Engineering Laboratories (ARE Labs).
