Capturely is a platform for professional headshots at organizational scale. Employees join a short remote session from a smartphone where a trained photographer frames, poses and captures them in under ten minutes, and edited images come back within 24 hours. Around that session the company runs the logistics — automated scheduling and reminders, brand-consistency standards, a client portal, asset storage and centralized delivery — so a company can outfit anywhere from a handful of people to thousands without a studio or travel. It is based in Westfield, Indiana and lists customers including Google, Netflix, UnitedHealth Group, GE, KPMG and USC.

Studio-quality results without a studio: the photographer directs remotely over the employee's own phone, which removes travel and venue cost, keeps a single consistent look across distributed teams and repeat sessions, and makes the price a flat published per-person rate rather than a shoot quote.
