Evallos is a talent intelligence platform that scores candidates, existing employees and whole companies on one standardised system tied to the roles a customer defines. Two named components do the work: Eve breaks a person down from a resume screen or a full interview into technical, background and behavioural ability, tuned per job and held to a consistent format so people can be compared; Allo turns those reads into decisions about who to hire, which employees are ready for internal mobility, and which companies hold the most relevant talent. Roles can be synced from ATS systems including Greenhouse and Lever, and candidates sourced from resume uploads or a large professional-profile index.
