A modular, skid- and container-mounted water treatment unit that injects a patented gas to generate hydrated electrons in situ, severing carbon-fluorine bonds and destroying PFAS and PFOS in the treated stream. Base units process roughly 50 gallons per minute; 40-foot conex configurations treat up to about 72,000 gallons per day and scale past 100,000 gallons daily.
