Imagine Devices Inc. is an Austin, Texas medical device company developing monitoring technology for neonatal and pediatric critical care. Its patent-pending Trinity Tube is a multifunctional neonatal nasogastric feeding tube that combines enteral feeding, abdominal gas venting, vital-sign monitoring and internal respiratory pressure monitoring in a single device. The technology came out of a collaboration between engineers at the University of Texas at Austin and clinicians at Dell Medical School, and the company says it has won more than 60 grants and awards. In January 2026 it announced a partnership with Neotech Products, which is acting as both a strategic investor and go-to-market partner for Trinity Tube.
