About

Kaigene develops antibody therapeutics for autoimmune diseases driven by pathogenic antibodies. Its PDEG (Pathogenic Antibody Degrader) platform is designed to selectively degrade harmful autoantibodies and suppress the B cells that produce them. It licensed its nonclinical assets KG006, an FcRn inhibitor, and KG002 to Celltrion in November 2025 for $8 million upfront and up to $736 million in milestones, and licensed KG006 in Japan to Taisho Pharmaceutical in July 2026.

Dual-acting PDEG antibodies that both clear disease-specific autoantibodies and suppress the B cells producing them, plus a NanoBx nanobody brain shuttle for CNS autoimmune disease.
