Pi Health is a clinical research technology company that builds FICS, an AI-native software platform for running clinical trials end to end. The platform bundles electronic data capture, clinical trial management, an electronic trial master file, and study start-up into one system connecting sponsors and trial sites, with applied-AI modules layered on top. Pi Health also operates a tech-enabled CRO arm that runs trials on its own software, including a global Phase 2 oncology study for GSK under a master clinical services outsourcing agreement. The company was spun out of biotech BeiGene and raised over $30M in a Series A in 2024.

A single AI-native platform that replaces the usual patchwork of EDC, CTMS and eTMF vendors and connects sponsors directly to sites, which the company says makes study conduct roughly 50% faster while staying audit-ready; it is paired with an in-house CRO that runs trials on the same stack.
