Stoke Space Technologies

Stoke Space Technologies is a launch company in Kent, Washington building Nova, a fully reusable medium-lift orbital rocket. Both stages are designed for reuse, including a reusable upper stage with a flight-demonstrated regeneratively cooled reentry heat shield. The company operates a 168,000-square-foot vertically integrated headquarters and manufacturing facility in Kent plus a test site in Moses Lake, Washington, and has rebuilt Launch Complex 14 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station as its launch site. It was added to the U.S. Space Force's National Security Space Launch Phase 3 Lane 1 pool, letting it compete for national security launch contracts once Nova is flown and certified.

Full reusability of both stages was designed in from the start rather than retrofitted, including a reusable upper stage with an actively cooled reentry heat shield; the company targets roughly 20x lower cost to orbit and builds engines, structures and avionics in-house on a days-not-months iteration cycle.
