STX-001
Cancer ImmunotherapySTX-001 is a programmable mRNA therapy candidate designed for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes a multi-modal synthetic self-replicating mRNA technology to deliver a prolonged and locally-acting IL-12 cytokine directly into the tumor microenvironment. The therapy has received Investigational New Drug (IND) clearance from the FDA and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials.
