ChronicleBio (Chronicle Bio, Inc.) is building a global biobank and an AI-ready data platform for complex chronic conditions - POTS, ME/CFS, Long COVID and other neuroimmune disorders that it says affect nearly 300 million people worldwide. It partners directly with patients, clinics and research collaborators to generate longitudinal, multi-modal datasets spanning genomics, immune profiling, biospecimens, clinical records and patient-reported outcomes, and runs them through a proprietary data engine that integrates multi-omic, clinical and real-world evidence for biomarker discovery and therapeutic development. The company also operates a decentralized clinical trial network across clinics in the United States and India. It was co-founded in 2025 by CEO Rohit Gupta, a biobanking and precision-medicine leader who previously ran centers at Stanford and UCSF, Fidji Simo, and executive chairman Rishi Reddy of Tarsadia Investments.
