It designs and manufactures its own US-built delivery aircraft and holds an FAA Part 135 air carrier certificate with Beyond Visual Line of Sight authorization, letting it fly routine deliveries without a visual observer. The company operates as a fully managed delivery service for retail and restaurant partners including Kroger, Papa John's, Winsupply and GrubHub, in urban and rural markets. It was spun out of TELEGRID Technologies, the family telecom-hardware business CEO Beth Flippo previously worked in.
