The company says more than 150 agencies across 40-plus states use the platform, and it has layered AI features on top for resident support and application review. GovWell was founded in 2023 by Troy LeCaire and Ben Cohen and raised a $25M Series A led by Insight Partners with Work-Bench and Bienville Capital participating.
