About

INVI MindHealth is a Denver-based digital mental health company that builds a mobile app combining wearable biometrics, self-reported check-ins and peer accountability into an objective measure of mental wellbeing. Its core output is MindScore, a machine-learning trend signal derived from sleep, heart rate variability, activity and self-reported mood, stress, energy and purpose. A 'swim buddy' feature, modeled on military mutual-accountability practice, connects a user to a teammate who is alerted when their trend declines. The company was founded in 2022 by Jonathan Wilson, a former Navy SEAL and Goldman Sachs equity trader, and closed a $1.5 million seed round; it now also supports federally funded veteran research into PTSD, alcohol use disorder, traumatic brain injury and opioid use disorder, including a collaboration with Epitel on 24-hour EEG monitoring.

Rather than a solo self-help app, INVI turns passive wearable data into an objective mental-resilience trend and routes it to a designated peer and, where appropriate, a team leader, so a decline gets noticed by someone else before the user asks for help.
