It runs a full-stack virtual psychiatry practice: it employs its own board-certified providers, holds its own insurance contracts, and acquires patients directly, using large language models and AI agents across scheduling, billing, intake and clinical decision support. Patients get virtual appointments for conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and insomnia, with medication management and e-prescribing, covered by most major insurance plans. The company says it has received regulatory authorization for AI-led renewals of psychiatric maintenance medications, launched in Utah.
