Anti-infective biologic drug candidateA native human monoclonal antibody that disperses bacterial biofilm, restoring the effectiveness of standard antibiotics against chronic infections. In an interim Phase 1 analysis, 75% of chronic prosthetic joint infection patients given a single dose plus standard antibiotics had biofilm burden below 100 CFU/mL after 7 days, versus roughly 15% historically, with no drug-related adverse events at the 6 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg doses. A Phase 2 trial in prosthetic joint infection patients undergoing a DAIR procedure is fully enrolled, with top-line data expected in Q2 2027.
